Welcome!
I’m Theresa Nanigian. I work with senior executives and teams to realise sustainable leadership development, achieve better business performance and improve individual well-being. My coaching is backed by years of corporate experience, running a division as a Senior Vice President at American Express, driving strategy at GlaxoSmithKline, and management consulting at McKinsey & Company.
My coaching provides the challenge, support and push beyond your comfort zone, to enable you to adapt to an increasingly complex and uncertain world, and more importantly, capitalise on it – whether that be turning the workplace challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic into a competitive advantage, adopting a more effective leadership style, significantly improving your work-life balance, better managing conflict or unlocking the potential of your team.
My GPS Executive Coaching© realises the kind of transformational change that brings about lasting results. Like a global positioning system that guides users through their journey, my coaching engagements strategically navigate you to successfully arrive at your destination and maintain a high level of well-being en route.
Interested? A great way to start is by using my self-assessment tool to clarify the obstacles in your way – what I call your Personal Capital Quotient©. Or contact me to talk about how I might support you.
My GPS Executive Coaching© uses a future-back approach, whereby we begin at the end to first clarify what you want to achieve. Once you have a clear picture of your end-game, we move forward to make it happen. The following examples illustrate the four stages of my approach.
